FAQ

1. Can I watch Premier League (K+) with this package? No. This package only adds the HBO library. To watch football, you need the VieON K+ or All Access package.

2. Do HBO Go movies have Vietnamese subtitles? Yes. 100% of movies and shows on HBO Go via VieON come with Vietnamese subtitles or voice-overs.

3. Does it work on Smart TV? Yes. VieON supports most Smart TV platforms. Log in with your phone number on your TV to enjoy HBO movies on the big screen.

4. How do I renew after expiration? Simply return to our shop and purchase a renewal package. We will extend the subscription on your existing phone number.

5. Can I use this outside of Vietnam? No. VieON services are geo-restricted to Vietnam. You need a Vietnamese IP address to access the content.
