Important Notes
- This is a Personal Spotify Account Upgrade service via the Family Plan.
- Crucial - 12-Month Policy: A Spotify account can only join/switch Family Groups once every 12 months. If you have left (or were removed from) another family group within the last year, you cannot join a new one. In this case, you must provide a new account for the upgrade.
- Your account region must be set to Vietnam in your profile settings.
- Your personal data (Playlists, Liked Songs, Podcasts...) remains 100% private. The Plan Manager or other members CANNOT see your data.
- During activation, Spotify requires address verification. You must enter the exact address provided by the Shop (sent with instructions) to join successfully.

Activation Process
- Place your order and provide the exact Spotify Account Email.
- The system will send an Invitation Link and a Verification Address to your email/order page.
- Log in to Spotify on a web browser, click the invite link -> Click "Accept Invitation".
- When asked for an address, manually type/select the exact address provided by the shop.
- Once confirmed, your account will be upgraded to Premium instantly.
- Processing time: Typically 15 - 30 minutes.

- Full subscription coverage: 12 months.
Warranty Method
- If Premium access is lost, the Shop will provide a new invitation link to a new group.
- Pro-rated refund policy applies if the issue cannot be resolved (e.g., used for 6 months -> 50% refund).
- Note: If your account encounters the "12-month restriction" error, we will fulfill the warranty by upgrading a NEW account (fresh account) provided by you, as the restriction on the old account cannot be bypassed.
FAQ
1. Will I lose my playlists if I upgrade my old account?
No. Upgrading your personal account keeps all your Playlists, Liked Songs, and Listening History 100% intact.
2. Why do I get an error saying "You can't join this plan"?
There are two common reasons:
- Your account region is not set to Vietnam (Check Profile -> Country).
- You are restricted by the "12-Month Rule" (You joined another Family plan within the last year). In this scenario, you must switch to a different account to proceed.
3. Can the Family Manager see what I listen to?
No. Spotify Family accounts are individual and private. No one, including the plan manager, has access to your playlists or listening habits.
4. Do I need a VPN to use this?
No. This is a Vietnam region Premium plan. You can use it with your standard internet connection without any VPN.
5. How many devices can I use?
You can log in on as many devices as you want (Phone, PC, Speakers...). However, you can only stream music on one device at a time.
