Customer voluntarily changes account information (Email/Pass). Customer logs in on multiple devices simultaneously causing account lock. Customer resets the device or deletes the App losing the login session (please contact again for password reissue if still valid).
1. Can this account be used on a computer (PC)? Picsart is mainly optimized for Mobile. You can log in to Picsart's Web Editor on a computer, but features may differ from the Mobile App. Empire Tech recommends using it on phones/iPads.
2. Can I change the password? No. This is a pre-made account managed by Empire Tech to ensure warranty. Please do not change the password.
3. Will others see my photos? Picsart has social features. If you set it to "Private" when saving, the photo stays on your device. If you "Post" to your Picsart profile, others will see it. Empire Tech advises saving photos to your device (Save to Gallery) and deleting them from the app if absolute privacy is needed.
4. Can Picsart Pro remove unwanted objects? Yes. The "Remove" tool in Picsart Pro works very well, helping to remove people or unwanted details in photos quickly.
5. Do I need to Fake IP to use it? No. You use it normally in Vietnam.
6. Does this account support AI features? Yes. Picsart Pro integrates many AI features (AI Image Generator, AI Avatar...). However, the number of AI generations may be limited according to the general account policy.
7. Is there a Picsart logo when saving photos? No. The Pro account allows you to save clean photos without watermarks.
8. Can I renew the old account after 1 month? Usually no. You will buy a new account to continue using. Remember to save all edited photos to your phone before the account expires.
9. Can I use iPhone and iPad at the same time? Not recommended. You should only log in to 1 device. If you want to switch to iPad, please log out on the iPhone first.
10. Does Empire Tech warrant if the Picsart App has errors? We warrant the account (login ability, Pro package). App errors (lag, bugs from the developer) are outside our control.
