2. I mistakenly bought the Windows version, can I switch to Mac? It depends on Empire Tech's return policy at that time and whether you have received/activated the account. Please contact Customer Support immediately if you made a mistake.

3. Does this account support AI features (AI Painting, Copywriting)? Yes, but AI features use a limited "Credits" system. Empire Tech warrants Premium features (no watermark, 4K export), but does not guarantee the remaining AI Credits in the shared account.

4. Can projects made on Windows be opened on Mac? Possibly, but missing Fonts or effect discrepancies often occur due to different operating systems. It is best to finish the project on the same machine.

5. Can I update to the latest version? Yes. You can update for free to the latest versions (like Filmora 13, 14...) during the rental period.

6. Does exporting video have a watermark? No. The Premium account allows completely clean video export.

7. Can I log in on both iMac and MacBook? You can log in, but you can only use it on 1 machine at a time. Opening it on one will log out the other.
