1. How is Tidal HiFi Plus different from Spotify Premium? The biggest difference is audio quality. Spotify only supports up to 320 kbps (compressed), while Tidal HiFi Plus supports up to 9216 kbps (Lossless/Hi-Res), which is many times more detailed.
2. Can I change the password? No. This account is managed by Empire Tech. Changing the password will void your warranty.
3. Can I transfer Playlists from Spotify to Tidal? Yes. You can use free intermediary websites like TunemyMusic or Soundiiz to transfer all your favorite playlists to Tidal.
4. Does this account support Dolby Atmos? Yes. The HiFi Plus plan includes full Dolby Atmos and Sony 360 Reality Audio (requires supported devices).
5. How many devices can I log in to? You can log in on multiple devices (phone, computer, iPad...) but can only stream music on 01 device at a time.
6. What equipment is needed to hear Max Quality? To hear maximum quality (MQA/Hi-Res), you should use an external DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) and high-quality wired headphones. If listening via Bluetooth, quality will be reduced.
7. Does Tidal have Vietnamese music? Yes, but the amount of Vietnamese music on Tidal is less than Spotify or Apple Music. Tidal is strong in US-UK, Jazz, Classical, and Audiophile music.
8. Do I need to fake IP to listen? No. The account provided by Empire Tech can be used directly in Vietnam without a VPN (unless registering for the first time, but we have done that for you).
9. Does the 1-month plan auto-renew? No. After 1 month, the account will expire. You need to contact Empire Tech to buy a new account or renew (if supported).
10. Does Empire Tech provide warranty if the account has errors? Yes. We commit to a 1-to-1 exchange warranty throughout the usage period if the error arises from the account side.
