Activation Process

1. Place your order and select your desired duration.
2. Provide the Email of your current Coursera account (or a new one).
3. The system will send an invitation email to join a "Learning Program" from Coursera.
4. Open the email, click "Join Now" and follow the instructions to link your personal account to the program.
5. Once joined successfully, you will see the sponsoring organization's logo, and course prices will revert to "Free" (Sponsored).
6. Processing time: Typically 15 - 30 minutes during business hours.

Warranty Method

• If you lose access to the learning program, the Shop will resend a new invitation or provide a pro-rated refund.
• Note on Progress: If we have to switch you to a different program/invite (in warranty cases), your completed certificates remain safe on your personal profile. However, courses that are in-progress might need to be re-enrolled.

FAQ

1. Will the certificate have my name on it? Yes. Certificates are issued by Coursera and its partners (Google, Yale, etc.) bearing your full legal name (as set in your profile). They are identical to certificates purchased individually.

2. Can I upgrade my existing account with progress? Yes. When you join the Business plan, the system will allow you to link your existing account. All your past learning history and achievements will be preserved and merged.

3. Can I access Degree programs? No. Full Degrees (Bachelor's/Master's) and MasterTrack Certificates are not included in this package. These require separate application and payment directly to Coursera.

4. Will I lose my certificates after the subscription expires? No. Any certificate you earn is yours forever. It stays in your Coursera profile accomplishments, and you can download it anytime, even after the Business plan ends.

5. Does this include courses from all universities? Almost all (over 90%). However, a small number of universities (like Stanford or niche partners) may not participate in the standard Coursera for Business catalog. You can send the course link to the shop for verification if needed.
