2. Provide your Google login credentials (Gmail + Password).
3. Our staff will log in and pay for the subscription directly on your account using legitimate payment methods.
4. Once completed, your account status will update to Pro/Pro+ with the corresponding Compute Units added.
5. Processing time: Typically 15 - 60 minutes during business hours.

Warranty Method

• If the Pro status is lost unexpectedly, the Shop will reactivate it or provide a pro-rated refund.
• Warranty is void in the following cases:
  • The account is banned by Google due to Crypto Mining, DDOS attacks, or policy violations.
  • The user has exhausted the allocated Compute Units (The subscription provides a quota of units; once used up, resources may be limited or require top-ups).

FAQ

1. Will I definitely get an A100 GPU? Not 100% guaranteed. Google assigns GPUs based on availability and your Compute Unit balance. Pro/Pro+ gives you higher priority for A100/V100, but during peak times, you might be assigned a standard GPU.

2. What is the difference between Pro and Pro+? Pro+ costs more and provides significantly more Compute Units (usually 5x more than Pro), supports background execution, and offers the highest priority for powerful GPUs.

3. Can I use this for Crypto Mining? Absolutely NOT. Google detects mining activities instantly. Your account will be banned, and we do not warranty this violation.

4. Is my Google Drive data safe? Yes. We only access the payment section. However, for total peace of mind, you can use a secondary Google account dedicated to coding/Colab for this service.

5. How do I renew after expiration? Simply return to our shop and purchase a renewal package. We will extend the subscription on the same account, keeping your workspace intact.
