1. Important Notes

• Product Type: Upgrade Pro plan directly on the customer's personal Email.
• Upgrade Method: Empire Tech will send an invitation (Invite) to join a Pro Workspace via Email.
• Data: Your old data remains intact. However, new presentations should be saved in private folders to ensure privacy within the shared Workspace.

Important Warnings:

• Please provide the exact Email registered with Gamma.
• ABSOLUTELY DO NOT voluntarily leave the Workspace (Team) that Empire Tech invited you to. Leaving the team will result in the loss of the Pro package, and we refuse warranty.
• This is the Gamma Pro plan, superior to the Plus and Free plans.

Warranty Duration: Depends on the selected package, please check the information on the website and in the confirmation email sent upon ordering.

Policy:

• Invite to a new group if the old one has errors OR
• Refund based on unused time (e.g., 12-month package used for 3 months with error → 75% refund).

Disclaimer:

Customer voluntarily leaves the Pro Workspace. Customer violates Gamma's content policy (creating prohibited, explicit content). Display errors due to the customer's browser or device (not an account error).

5. FAQ

1. Does Gamma support Vietnamese? Yes. Gamma supports generating content in Vietnamese very smoothly and naturally. You just need to input the prompt in Vietnamese.

2. Can I export slides to PowerPoint for further editing? Yes. This is the most important feature of the Pro plan. The exported file (.pptx) can be opened in PowerPoint, and text/images can be edited normally.

3. Is this account shared or private? The account is your own (Personal Email). However, you will join a shared Workspace to receive Pro benefits. You should create private folders for your projects to ensure privacy.

4. Will I lose my old data when upgrading? No. All old slides you created remain intact in your account.

5. What does Unlimited AI Credits mean? It means you can create as many slides as you like, use AI to Rewrite, find images, and expand content as many times as you want without being deducted points like the Free version.

6. Can I upload my company's font? Yes. The Pro plan allows you to upload Custom Fonts to ensure brand identity.

7. Do I need to install software? No. Gamma is a web application; you use it directly on your browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari...).

8. Can Gamma create Websites? Yes. Besides presentation slides, Gamma can also create Documents and simple Webpages extremely fast.

9. What happens after 1 year expires? The account will revert to the Free version. Old slides are still viewable but cannot be edited using Pro features. Contact Empire Tech to renew.

10. How does Empire Tech warrant? We warrant the Pro feature to work stably throughout the 1 year. If Pro is lost, we will reactivate it immediately.
