This product at Empire Tech has 02 classifications, please select carefully before paying:

1. Official Upgrade (Personal Email):

   • Upgrade directly on your personal Email (requires an existing Cursor account).
   • Requires providing Email and Password for Empire Tech to process the payment.
   • Retains all coding history, settings, and old extensions.

2. Pre-made Account:

   • Empire Tech sends you a brand new account (Email/Pass) with Cursor Pro pre-activated.
   • Customers use the provided credentials, can change the password, but absolutely must not change the login Email.

Important Warnings:

• Request Limits: The Pro plan includes 500 "Fast Premium Requests" (GPT-4/Claude Opus/Sonnet) per month. After using up these 500 fast requests, you can still use these models unlimitedly but in "Slow Requests" mode (may be queued).
• Privacy Mode: Empire Tech encourages enabling Privacy Mode in settings so your code is stored locally and not on the company's servers.
• No Sharing: Do not share the account with multiple users to avoid being locked due to unusual IP activity.

• Exchange for a new account or Re-upgrade (if payment error) OR
• Refund based on unused time (e.g., 12-month package used for 3 months → 75% refund).

Disclaimer:

Customer voluntarily changes the Email of the pre-made account. Customer uses the account for cyberattacks or API spamming. Customer complains about AI response speed after using up 500 Fast Requests (this is the manufacturer's mechanism, not an account error). Global server errors from Cursor (maintenance, server downtime).

1. Is Cursor different from VS Code? Cursor is a "fork" of VS Code. The interface and usage are identical to VS Code, but AI is deeply integrated into the core. You can import all settings from VS Code to Cursor in one click.

2. Can I still use it after 500 Fast Requests run out? Yes, you can use it normally and unlimitedly, but the response speed will be slightly slower (Slow Requests) during peak hours.

3. How many devices can I use this account on? You can log in on multiple personal devices (Laptop, Home PC, Office PC) but should not use simultaneously (chatting with AI on 2 machines at the same time) to avoid logout.

4. Is my code secure? Yes. Cursor has a "Privacy Mode"; when enabled, your code will only be stored locally on your machine and not sent to the company's servers for AI training.

5. Which model should I choose for the best coding? Currently (2025), Claude 3.5 Sonnet is rated by the community as the smartest and fastest coding support model on Cursor.

6. Does the 1-month upgrade auto-renew? No. After 1 month, the account will revert to Free. You need to contact Empire Tech again to renew.

7. How is Copilot++ on Cursor different from GitHub Copilot? Cursor's Copilot++ is smarter in that it predicts your "Next Edit" based on the entire file context, not just suggesting the current line of code.

8. Do I get a full warranty for the 1-year pre-made account? Yes. Empire Tech commits to a full warranty for the 1-year usage period.
