Delivery Process (Empire Tech):

Customer does not have a Microsoft 365 subscription but complains about inability to use Copilot in Word/Excel. Customer voluntarily cancels the subscription in Microsoft's payment settings. Customer violates Microsoft's content policy (creating prohibited, explicit content). Errors arising from Microsoft servers (global system maintenance).

5. FAQ

1. Does buying this package give me licensed Word and Excel? No. The Copilot Pro package is just an AI add-on. To use licensed Word and Excel, you need to buy a separate Microsoft 365 Personal or Family package (Empire Tech also sells this).

2. Can I buy this if I only have a free Microsoft account? Yes. You still enjoy benefits: Priority GPT-4 Turbo access, faster DALL-E 3 image creation (100 boosts). You just won't be able to use AI inside Word/Excel.

3. Is Copilot Pro smarter than ChatGPT Plus? Both use GPT-4. However, Copilot Pro is stronger in deep integration with the Microsoft ecosystem (Office), while ChatGPT Plus is stronger in its Plugin store and custom GPTs.

4. Does Empire Tech need my password? Yes. To perform a personal upgrade, we need to log in to your Microsoft account to pay for the subscription. We commit to absolute security and log out immediately after completion.

5. Can I use Copilot Pro on my phone? Yes. You can download the Copilot app on iOS or Android and log in with your Pro account to use it.

6. Is imagery created by Copilot Pro copyrighted? Images created by DALL-E 3 in Copilot Pro are owned by you, and you can use them for commercial purposes.

7. What if I am currently on Microsoft's 1-month Copilot Pro trial? You should wait for the trial to expire or cancel it before registering for Empire Tech's package to avoid conflicts.

8. What can Copilot in Excel do? It can help you analyze data, draw charts, find trends, and write complex formulas just by describing them in words.

9. Can I share the account with others? Microsoft does not encourage sharing personal accounts. Logging in from multiple locations may cause the account to require constant verification.

10. How does Empire Tech warrant if Pro status is lost? If the account loses Pro status within the committed period, we will log in and reactivate it for you or refund the unused days.
