• WARRANTY IS VOID if the account is Banned/Suspended due to user violations:
  • Account Sharing (Sharing login with friends).
  • Excessive Device Usage (Logging in from too many locations/IPs).
  • Honor Code Violations (Posting exam questions or spamming).

FAQ

1. Can I share this account with my roommate? Absolutely NOT. Chegg monitors IPs and devices aggressively. Simultaneous logins from different locations will trigger an immediate ban. Please keep the account for personal use only.

2. Does this include Chegg Writing or Math Solver? No. This is the standard Chegg Study plan (Textbook Solutions + Q&A). Features like Chegg Writing (plagiarism checker) or Math Solver (advanced graphing calculator) are separate add-ons and are not included.

3. How many questions can I ask per month? Under the standard policy, you get 20 Expert Q&A credits per month. However, you can search and view unlimited existing Q&A answers from the database without using your credits.

4. Can I renew this account after it expires? Yes. Simply purchase a renewal package from our shop, and we will extend the subscription on your existing account.

5. What if I forget my password? Since this account is linked to your personal email, you can simply go to the Chegg website and use the "Forgot Password" feature to reset it yourself.
