After your order is processed, an invitation email to join a Canva Pro team will be sent to your Canva email.

Warranty handling
Priority is given to switching you to an equivalent product or refunding based on the remaining subscription time.
If there is no stock to switch:
Issues in the first 30 days: 100% refund of the order value.
After 30 days: refund is calculated proportionally to the remaining time (for example, for a 12‑month plan used for 6 months, you receive roughly 50% back if a non‑recoverable issue occurs).

After payment, simply wait for processing (normally 30–60 minutes), then check your Canva email inbox. If you do not see the invite, also check spam and promotions folders.
Upgrading via a team does not delete your existing designs as long as you stay in the team; you can move designs to a new team later using the shop’s guidelines if needed.
Each Canva Pro account under this plan can be used on up to around 5 devices.
An account already in a different team can still be added to a new Pro team; one Canva account may join multiple teams.
